Usually an actor, Something Wild is Heidi's first production as a dramaturg. A recent transplant from the West Heidi is a graduate of the University of Utah in Theatre and Psychology. Heidi's New York credits include Misspelled (Coffee Black Productions) and the recent film short Private Eyes. In Salt Lake City Heidi appeared in Charm and Harvey Girls: They Civilized the West (Salt Lake Acting Company), Lost in Yonkers and Othello (Pioneer Theatre Company), The Mysterious Happy Life of Brown Bag (Pygmalion Productions), Boxcar Children, Captain Bree and Her Lady Pirates (UU Youtheatre), The AIDS Plays (Plan B Theatre). Favorite University theatre credits include: The Caucasian Chalk Circle, Richard III, Top Girls, and Blanche DuBois in A Streetcar Named Desire for which she received a Kennedy Center Irene Ryan nomination. Heidi studies with acting coach Ken Schatz. Thanks to Greg Hatch at the University of Utah and the Something Wild team for inviting her to delve into the world of Williams.
